I liaise with MDTs and family members as an advocate for service users. I provide person centered care plans and ensure that policies and procedures are complied with whilst maintaining respect for multicultural values and beliefs for the service users. I check in, administer medication in compliance with Doctor's prescription. I am an Occupational health and safety graduate who also holds health economics and health promotion qualifications at master's level, which enhance the potential to successfully deliver positive outcome for service users. I have the extensive experience in working with vulnerable and learning disabilities adults who require support and successfully transformed their lives in a positive way. I have worked in hospitals, care homes, live-in, residential homes/nursing homes secure hospitals as well as supported living settings which facilitated the knowledge to deal with complex situations. I had the opportunity to work as Team Leader/Supervisor and as Deputy Manager in some care settings where I looked after residents who were diabetic and on PEG feed.
