    Mel is truly one of a kind, she is fully invested in her vocation as a carer, which is demonstrated by her constant investment in knowledge and understanding, making her an expert in her field. She goes above and beyond to support the care needs of my mum who has specific care requirements, which at times can be challenging. Mel is also very easy to talk to and I know she brings a lot of joy to mine and my mums day, I cannot recommend Mel enough and really stress how lucky we are to know her.

    Mel is a thoroughly professional carer for my wife but, even more importantly, she always brings a smile to my wife`s face in the morning ! She has many other complimentary skills from her previous experience and is easy to talk to if we have any concerns about my wife`s condition. To sum up, we don`t now see Mel as a carer but as a friend who turns up to help us out. Geoff
