    Excellent

    Clare is kind, thoughtful, caring and compassionate and a pleasure to have around. She amazes us everyday, going above and beyond in providing the care that mum needs. Mum has dementia and some mental health struggles and her behaviour has been challenging at times, Clare always gives her the space she needs to settle. She is a fantastic cook and keeps the house immaculate. Mum has very sadly entered the palliative care stage of her illness and we are so thankful that Clare is by her side.

    Excellent

    Clare is extraordinarily patient, kind and caring. She puts a lot of effort into enriching Mum’s day. This is the harder as Mum makes a continual noise while breathing that others have found hard to tolerate all day. Sometimes Mum is not responsive, and Clare then allows the time and space Mum then needs. Clare is kind, careful and discreet concerning matters of personal care. Clare is utterly reliable and has never been late or called in sick.
