Over these years, l have developed such skills that enabled me to provide quality, relevant and most effective support to my service users with utmost sensitivity and flexibility to help them develop skills which promote independent living and integration into their community. l understand that my response to them is crucial to holding an effective working relationship and to foster progress and achievement. I also possess NVQ Level 2,3 and 5 in health and social care, this has increased my knowledge in the regulation guiding the delivery of my service and good practice in the field.
