Taking clients shopping when and where necessary. Available to chat with clients when needed Intermittent checks on clients in accordance with the documented procedures Provide direct personal care and attention for each client and to follow the activities of daily living in accordance with the planned care. Assist Qualified Nurses in the performance of their duties as requested. Encourage and assist residents to participate in leisure pursuits and ensure their social and emotional needs are met. Report any changes in a clients physical or mental condition to the Named Nurse or his/her deputy and maintain accurate records on all forms and systems as required. Undertake cleaning duties as required, take care to protect clients personal belongings. Participate in assessment and evaluation of a clients care. Courteous and polite always to clients. Undertake other duties as may be reasonably requested, to maintain the smooth running of the Home Writing of clients risk assessment report. Prompting of drugs and medication. and others
