I have completed my moving and handling ; first aid ; prompting medications, ; food & hygiene ; resisting training ; dementia Etc . But have expired . In my spare time I like to keep fit going to gym : walking ; cycling ; swimming, over all I like to look after my wellbeing it is important to me also making sure I’m consuming a nutritious diet . At the weekends I enjoy spending quality time with my sons & family . I’m quite an outgoing sociable person who works well in a team as well as an individual.
