I provided them with both physical and e...More I have worked as a live-in carer since2011 (from 2011 to 2022) I have a wide range of experiences as a live-in carer and worked with many people I have worked directly with a quadriplegic who only had mobility above the neck as well as paraplegics patients. I provided them with both physical and emotional supports as outlined in the next section. I have some volunteering experience in taking care of orphans, old people and dementia patients. I had a chance to take care of my wonderful and lovely mum who had last stage cancer. I helped her with cooking, and serving her meals and drinks. I chatted a lot with her and took care of her medications. I make sure to encourages her during tough times and respect her wishes with love and care. Moreover I have experience in: Dressing, Personal Hygiene, Changing - urinary catheter. Dealing with hospital and ambulance in emergency cases. Toileting, Meal preparation, General housekeeping and accompanying whilst out and about. i.e. shopping, socialising and trips out I am capable of providing not only physical care about also emotional support to clients. I am a reliable, trustworthy, caring, friendly and positive person who respect people and their needs. I smile a lot and I focus on positive thinking. I accept people for who they are and try to understand them as much as I can by listening and being non- judgmental. I have a sense of humour and I like to make people laugh. I have high energy and enthusiasm to accomplish and complete projects Prompt, consistent and able to make and use my own plan. I have an excellent attention to details and I am able to multi-task, handle pressure and work as a team or independently. I love to help people with respect and I am a caring and warm person. I believe that helping people who needs support is a very rewarding task. I think that one of the purposes in life is to help each other and have good intentions for others. I am very keen to learn and develop new skills to do this job and I believe I can do this job with care and compassions. I am very enthusiastic to get Life in Care Assistant because the requirements are close with my personality and character. Also, my Experience will be very helpful for the job.
