I work well with other palliative care team members such as doctors, and also with supporting family members to provide quality service looking after other people being a mother myself.     Aidah is a blessing to my entire family. She has proved herself to be extremely thoughtful, gentle and kind when dealing with my 89 yr old mum who suffers with Alzheimer's. She shows complete respect for my mum as an individual and tailors her approach to her personal care with dignity and warmth. Although employed as my mum's carer, Aidah is always looking out for my dad who is also 89 and cares for my mum full-time, she is quick to notice and to let me know if he is struggling and needs help.

    My mother has Alzheimer's and for nine months, Aidah provided several hours of excellent care on a daily basis. She was reliable, attentive, patient and very well attuned to my mother's emotional needs as well as her physical wellbeing.
