I have being working in different care settings, hospitals, nursing homes, residential homes, supported living as well as in home care. I believe I have the skills and knowledge that care, compassion, courage, commitment and competence(6Cs)are fundamental to compassionate care and thus remain building blocks of critical thinking whenever am performing my duty of care. I have good communication skill and I always maintain confidentiality of all information related to individual and not to divulge information to anyone who is not authorized to received it. I have NVQ level 2 and diploma level 3 as well as care certificate. I have done a lot of different course and I have achieved a lot of competences whilst at work. I have contributed a lot within the team and have acquired lots of knowledge in those different areas, like catheter care, stoma care, peg feeding, mental health, nutrition, feeding, pressure sore and managing inconvenient. I am a good listener and believes that clients require as much time as they need with professionals and their problems need to be listen in order to be able to provide the best quality care possible to them. I have years of experience to provide personal care to client who is less fortunate. I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who is passionate about delivering high quality of care.
