I have worked with a variety of clients with different needs, including the elderly, individuals with learning disabilities, those facing mental health challenges, brain injury, dementia, eating disorders, depression, autism, physical disabilities, and multiple sclerosis. Working as a carer for the past seven years has given me the opportunity to handle all situations in a calm and effective manner while also learning a great deal. I have three years of experience as a live-in carer for the elderly and three years of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities. I am happy to perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and ironing, and I can also prepare nutritious meals for my clients. I am currently awaiting my moving and handling certificate and am catheter trained. I believe I can make a difference in people's lives.
