I enjoy supporting people to take part in activities they enjoy, whether that's day trips, walking, cycling, swimming, using public transport, or exploring new opportunities.I work with a wide range of support needs and am experienced in both individual and shared support arrangements where appropriate. While I support people across all funding and support bands, I specialise in supporting individuals with more complex needs who may require higher levels of structure, supervision, or behavioural support.I am proud to have been recognised with the Social Care Hero Award (June 2026) and the Personal Assistants & Individual Employers Champion 2025 Award for Respect, Equality & Inclusion.My aim is simple: to provide reliable, respectful, and high-quality support that helps people feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their goals.
