My preferred pattern of work is 2 weeks on/2 weeks off ( I can be flexible for the right person ). I am based in Bristol,I don't drive,but I am willing to travel within a reasonable distance. I have been working as a carer / support worker since 2005 and I love it ! I am confident that I have the experience and skills to look after people and treat them with respect and dignity regardless of their circumstances. I work with people effectively, and my interpersonal intelligence is well developed, which allows me to understand the intentions, motivations and desires of other people. I also have a good understanding of myself, my feelings, fears and motivations. I recognise the need for good communication skills when working with people. I am a good verbal and non-verbal communicator and an active listener. I enjoy working as a part of a team, and I get along well with people, I am not afraid to take initiative if there is a problem and steer it through to its conclusion. I work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations. I am physically strong and fit, and mentally robust. I consider myself a good cook , I cook from scratch and understand about well balanced diet. My motto is" Treat others the way you would like to be treated " My fees are negotiable depending on complexity of work. I like to laugh,sing,dance,play cards,watch horse racing tennis,gardening and walking.

Kasia is friendly, professional and very kind and supportive to my parents. Kasia also looked after Eddie very well , our cat. We would definitely recommend her and will be using her again for respite support. Thank you for your help and support Kasia.

Kasia is a wonderful carer. She is reliable, caring, hard working and able to resolve unexpected problems on her own initiative. She cared for my Mum for a long time as a live-in carer. Mum really enjoyed Kasia's company, her sense of fun, and her good cooking. You will find it hard to find a better carer.

Kasia came to look after our mother, who is 90 years old, frail and has dementia, at short notice. Kasia was our mother's first live in carer and at first mum was uncertain whether she wanted this. Kasia won her over with her kindness, sensitivity and empathy. Kasia communicated with us regularly and gave us a really good picture of her work with mum. We could see that Kasia had an excellent understanding of mum's needs and personality. Kasia was very responsible and reliable.

Kasia is a wonderful carer she looked after my dad very well , always making sure he was comfortable and happy and taking time to find out his interests and engage with him. She is very professional and made every effort to everything was done correctly. She is personable and kind doing everything possible to fit into dad's life and routine which helped greatly to keep him calm and relaxed. I would definitely recommend her and would love her to care for dad again in the future.
