I work with a person-centred approach and I am passionate and successful in helping clients to lead their best life. Helping clients to focus on what they can do and not what they can't do is the core of my approach. I have a diverse skillset which includes running my own life coaching company, advocacy, mentoring, dementia advisor, community care, housekeeping/cooking, companionship, good planning and organisational skills as well as being a qualified holistic therapist. Diploma in Mindful Nutrition and currently studying Mindful Mental Health. I believe in a compassionate and empathic approach and in particular helping people to live independently and safely within their own homes whilst maintaining dignity, self respect and longevity. If as a family, you live far away and you need someone to oversee the daily living of your loved ones, hiring a personal assistant can give you the peace of mind and confidence that they are well and being looked after. If any issues arise, they/you have someone to help navigate the relevant pathways. I am trustworthy, reliable, punctual and good company and can provide many references to substantiate this. I love a game of scrabble, reading, listening to music, meditation, conversation, coffee, cooking, photography, travel. I am well travelled and have a few tales to tell. I am told that I am a great conversationalist but I also like quiet time and am happy in my own company as well as being sociable. Many thanks for your interest. I look forward to discussing your requirements. Points to note: My sleepover night rate of £100 is from 10pm to 8.00am the next morning. Being able to make someone laugh when they are facing death is the hardest, but a very special time. I provide all types of care including cooking, organising cupboards, light cleaning duties such as washing floors, dishes, doing runs to the GP, collect medicines from pharmacy etc. Apart from caring, I'm very clean, and domesticated, and can cook a great curry, who doesn't love a curry! 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4"}

I like being in the nature, walking with my dog, visit beaches. I swim, to keep my mind and body healthy. I like board games, I make cross stitch projects for myself. I am a driver. I can cook traditional, vegan and vegetarian meals. Contact me if you think you or your relatives want to live their life independent in their own home with my support. Thank you.
