I have a vast range of experience across a range of settings Adult learning difficulties in a residential home Geriatric care both in Care homes and in their own homes Children’s homes I have dealt with a range of behavioural disorders, learning difficulties, self harming and mental health conditions I am trained in epileptic care I am peg trained I am trained on a range of hoists and moving and handling equipment I believe strongly in person centred care and empowerment I am confident and outgoing with a warm and sunny personality and I come highly recommended. That’s the technical bit over ! I truly love my job I have had a range of jobs in my life and can honestly state that care is where my heart is. I love people and like to make a difference no matter how small - even just a smile of encouragement up to helping someone to achieve their dreams. It’s a job that is heartbreaking and rewarding all at once and it’s one I love.

I wanted to add that Lisa brought my dad's sleeping pattern under control. From a very random and disturbed sleep in January she has supported him to remain calm throughout the night, waking only once or twice to pee rather than every hour. This has been nothing short of miraculous and improves the overall quality of life for him and the whole family immensely

Excellent
Lisa has been working closely with my dad, who has dementia, for nine months and has transformed his symptoms. Now he can walk again without any aids and with confidence, whereas before he had a zimmer and was very nervous. She has also supported him to sleep and eat well and keep a regular routine during the day. She brings joy to her work and also offers excellent support to my mum. The whole family appreciates her skill and her humour.

Lisa has been wonderful with my father. She helps to calm and reassure him, as well as being full of life and energy which always brightens his day and boosts his mood.
