Excellent
Glen has quickly gained grandad’s trust and mine. He understands that his mental health is just as important as his physical needs. He doesn’t push grandad into accepting help with anything he doesn’t feel comfortable with, but gently prompts with suggestions about what might be helpful. He also checks in with me as grandad’s family member to make sure I’m ok and keeps me in the loop. It’s only been 4 weeks but we are very happy with Glen and look forward to a long working relationship with him.

Glen has been absolutely fantastic providing urgent care for my Dad. We were in a desperate situation and Glen ensured his was with us as soon as possible. As a result of his care and compassion, my Dad has regained a significant amount of strength and dignity.
