I am experienced in domiciliary care providing personal care, cleaning, making meals, catheter care, medication administration, shopping and various other care elements. I am happy to provide companionship and hold excellent communication skills. I have completed my care certificate as a foundation to care however have undertaken shadowing and on the job training to develop this knowledge set which included hoisting training, catheter care and meal preparation to suit each clients individual needs. I thoroughly enjoy preparing fresh homemade meals which can always be adapted for dietary or consistency needs. I have looked after many clients with dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery and heart failure just to make a few. I am always willing to broaden my skill set and learn new skills. I endeavour to care for each client individually and promote independence where possible balancing this with the safety of each individual and respecting each clients wishes as paramount and wherever possible.

Hayley is a fabulous carer. She is kind and calm and understands my needs (autism) It's always fun to complete social activities with her and feeling supported during these times. Highly recommend.

Hayley is a very good carer. lydia has never been as happy with a carer as she is with Hayley . Nothing is too much trouble and she always attends to everything lydia wants straight away ,So she gets full attention off her always. Would definitely recommend Hayley as an excellent carer. With the patience and commitment to look after anybody.

Hayley is an absolute God send.I can completely rely on her and have confidence in her doing what I have asked and taking wonderful care of my Mum. Mum loves her and she has always been in good order and good spirits when I have returned. Hayley has enabled me to have some time for myself occasionally in the knowledge Mum will be well cared for in my absence. This has changed my life and taken away the feeling of being completely tied and burdened by caring for Mum. I am so grateful for her.

Hayley is Absolutely Amazing! She is Very Caring, Friendly, Very patient, efficient and professional in all aspects of care. My elderly Aunt (94rs) was so frightened at the thought of letting a 'stranger' into her home and help her with her personal hygiene but Hayley has spent time to get to know her and her needs, giving her a huge amount of confidence and friendship. We as a Family cannot Thank her enough in making this transition as easy and comforting as possible, Thank you Hayley ?
