Raising my three little boys almost on my own (with a father mostly absent for work), helps me to develop a good profile of responsibility. In addition, I am a hard and unprompted worker, who does not get along with laziness. I am quite versatile and open to discover and learn new skills. The passed fifteen years, I have been working in diverse areas, and have enjoyed each and another. From Front Desk Agent to Health Care Assistant, including Billing job. Through my invoicing career (seven years), I have gradually progressed in the company: stating as executive secretary, to billing officer and finally Head of Billing Section. That was a really good experience, which help me to enhance my sense of responsibility and organizing a team work. In the other hand and despite the short time spent working as a Front Desk Agent, I have developed an ability to deal with customers, meeting their different needs, complaints, and more importantly, taking account of equality and diversity. However, my current job as Health Care Assistant, I believe, it is the one I enjoy the most. I have just discovered while doing this job, that good, warm and special feeling of being a positive impact in people’s daily lives. It also gives me the opportunity to express my caring and love for others.
