I am Melodie, I am mother of 4 Children, and arrived in London almost 3 years ago. I have been work in medical field for over 5 Years. I have a child with disability which includes epilepsy, autism, and asthma. I am very patient, caring, and reliable. I live to make a difference in someone's life and give my very best at all time. I am currently working in the NHS in intensive care unit, and I am working on validation of knowledge through RQF courses, and I hope to go back to my medical studies in few years. If you need someone that will catch that small detail, and knows protocols in case of medical emergency, then you have the right person ! I am keen any clinical duties which I enjoy very much, but I also enjoy spending time to talk about everything. I have being caring for several end of life care, professionally, but also personally. I can perfectly understand that needs, are not just physical, they also are spirituals, emotional, intellectuals and many more. I enjoy to work closely to other medical professional such as nurses, doctors, but I like even more to work closely to the person, as I think that choice, dignity and respect of an individual is more valuable than anything else. This is why I like to know a as much as I can about the person I care for, and I always offer choices, ask for consent, and respect a person decision. When someone becomes sick, old, or need extra care, we tend to look only at the disease, I want to look at the person, as they are, were, and what they want to be. If you need to know anything more about me, I will be very happy to answer all your questions! Thank you for reading, I wish you a lovely day.
