I have the ability to identify the needs of a client , be able to remain calm and act with integrity at all times and improve the lives of those who are in my care. My first experience was when i looked after my grandmother in her last 4 years of her life. Since then I have been working for 3 years as a Domicilary carer while i took a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Care , and in the last 2 and a half years as a Live-in carer.. I'm passionate about the job i do , kind-hearted, caring , considerate , cheerful , patient , empathetic , respectful , etc. Conditions worked with : arthritis, cancer, copd, dementia, depression, diabetes, epilepsy, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, parkinsons, stroke, uti, visual impairment. Specialist skills used : hoist, manual lifting, catheter, personal care, medication administration. Clean Driving License since 1992 (manual, automatic)
