I am fully qualified to hoist and transfer clients. I also can take clients outside using a wheelchair. I was working with people of different ages, from children to old people. I have been working both as a live-in and live-out carer as well as nightshifts. I have a good working knowledge of the Care Quality Commission’s regulatory framework, the Health and Social Care Act, and health and safety relevant to work. I have been professionally trained before taking care of each specific case. I have undertaken a wide range of training courses in addition to professional qualifications, continually updating my knowledge and improving my skills. I am implementing hygiene regulations and precautions to combat the risk of coronavirus spreading in and out of my workplace. I can carry out food preparation, running errands, personal care, administer medication, making exercises (instructed by OT).
