Highly observant and adaptable, I am skilled at recognising and responding to the unique personalities of those I support, including managing dysregulated/challenging behaviours and enhancing overall well-being. With a Mediterranean background, preparing fresh, nutritious meals inspired by the Mediterranean diet comes naturally, and I enjoy using food as a means to promote health and comfort. I have a strong connection to nature and enjoy hiking, which helps me stay grounded and energised. Although I do not currently own a car, I am a confident and experienced driver, fully capable of using that skill to support the individuals I work with in their daily lives and activities.
