I thoroughly enjoyed relationships with them and I remember having a great time playing draughts, making jams, learning how to cook dumplings, how to knit, sow and crochet. I had a genuine care and enjoyed supporting them with shopping trips, accompanying to church, helping with food preparation. When I moved to UK almost 22 years ago I was providing companionship for an elderly lady, helping with shopping and light domestic tasks. During covid-19 I joined domiciliary care agency and became a carer. In my role I was supporting clients with personal care, medication administration, manual handling, shopping, companionship. Few months later, an opportunity arose and I applied for a Quality Compliance Manager’s position and I am currently working part time in this role. I have recently completed level 5 diploma apprenticeship course Leader in Adult Care with distinction! I also briefly worked at the residential home in Denham where I was helping clients with their daily lives, starting with personal care, manual handling, using hoist, supporting with meals, planning days, shopping, medication administration or just a general chat. I currently volunteer for 55+ coffee mornings at Crown Church in Hillingdon and thoroughly enjoy having a chat, making teas, coffees and serving cakes to those who join us on our monthly meetings. I have genuine interest and passion in caring for elderly clients and I am looking for some extra work. I like reading motivational books and treat myself to The Times newspaper on Saturdays. I like gardening and grow beautifull flowers and vegetables in the garden. If you think I could be of any help for you or your loved one , please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind Regards, Vaida
