With good care, compassion and kindness I love to help families and loved ones keep those in need in their own homes where familiar comforts can place a huge part in their safety and wellness. I enjoy working one to one in this way to enable gentle, respectful and carefully curated Person Centred Care. I am a team worker, but am also a leader when needed, working independently also suits me. I adjust easily to whatever is needed in any given situation. My open, relaxed attitude is helpful in all the many situations that can arise within complex caring. Being naturally upbeat with a good heart felt sense of what’s needed. If a personal possession is damaged or lost while at work we can provide 250 to cover the cost.
