The last 3 years I have been a self-employed carer for people in and around the York area with some long-term clients. My home care services try to cater around the person and to fit into their daily lives as smoothly as possible. A good relationship between myself and my clients is important to me as well as their families. My aim is to promote independance for people within their own environment. I have experience in quite a wide variety of health and social care settings. I have many years experience in elderly care and dementia, people with MS, Parkinson's and MND as well as two years past Paramedic training. I am a chatty, friendly, professional carer who strives to ensure my clients are comfortable and content in their own homes. A little bit about me; I am 38 years old, married with 4 children. We have 2 cats, and 2 dogs. I love holidays and travel, catch ups over coffee and spending time with family and friends. *please note, my rate are negotiable
