I am married to Helen who is also a highly skilled Support Worker. We have no children but adore our pet budgie! I have managed and developed mental health services across Warrington and Birkenhead for many years. I am friendly, professional and approachable. My main expertise is working in and managing mental health services. I am experienced in medication management as in ordering , safe storage and administration and prompting. I also specialise in attending legal reviews and tribunals for people under conditions imposed by the mental health act such as community treatment orders, tribunals and hospital managers hearings. I have a vast array of experience working with people with a dementia and Parkinson's didease, and I enjoy all aspects of this work. In line with this I have undertook extensive training for Dementia Care Matters. I have also worked across low, medium and high secure services for people requiring that level of support due to the nature of their index offences and behaviours that challenge. I am experienced in managing all level of risk associated with adult social care. I am available to work via an initial assessment being completed between us, and meeting with with you in order to better understand your needs and requirements/expectations. Joseph has been supporting us for over a month now and from the first meeting I felt I could trust him in caring for my husband. He has a jolly, warm persona that we could easily relate to. When he walks into the room I feel as though I am encircled with warmth and he is someone who genuinely cares. My husband really likes Joseph and enjoys his visits out with him and the chats they have. Joe gives me a written report of what they have done and this is very useful to me. Highly recommend Joe.
