 CH44 7BD 84361 Hi I've been a live in carer for 5 years, working for the same company. I currently live in Merseyside, although I'm originally from Lancashire, I'm married and we have 2 cats. We lived in Spain for 6 years. I love my job and have enjoyed working with my current company, I just fancied seeing ''what else is out there'' in terms of employment. I've worked in Oxfordshire, Bristol and 'Salisbury, I would also love to find placements closer to my home although I'm happy to travel for the right placement. I have a lot of experience in dementia care and most of my clients have been elderly ladies with different stages of dementia care. At the moment,I do have a current live in placement,on a 2 weeks on ,2 weeks off rota,and my availability will work around this. I also have experience in waking nights and hourly care and can also assist in areas that are fairly local, but I am happy to discuss details of any care packages both daily and live in to see if I can help. I will consider live in care packages that are not local to me, but travel expenses would need to be met by the client. On any live in care placements I accept, I would require a minimum 2 hour break daily and would expect to be able to leave the property if I wanted to, in this time. Any live in care, my own bedroom is a necessity , preferably with TV and Wi-Fi needs to be available in the carer bedroom .
