I have been a carer for 10 years. I started in a dementia care home for 3 years, then I changed to looking after elderly in the community. I then joined an Epilepsy school with children with all sorts of disabilities such as epilepsy, austium, learning difficulties ect. I currently work with adults with all sorts of disabilities such as cerebral palsy, autism, learning difficulties, ect. I enjoy being a carer to be able to help others prompting to do day to day activities or helping with life skills.
