LE3 8DB 287112 With over 10 years of dedicated experience as a Healthcare Assistant across both NHS and community healthcare settings in the UK, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that combines exceptional patient care with effective team leadership and managerial abilities. My experience spans hospital wards, clinics, and community-based care, allowing me to support a wide range of patients with varying needs, including long-term chronic conditions, acute care, and rehabilitative support. I have had the privilege of working for reputable organizations such as Lifeways’s community care, Thornbury Nursing services, Medgen health services, and Green staff, which has provided me with the opportunity to travel and work across the country. This exposure has broadened my understanding of healthcare challenges in diverse environments, enhancing my adaptability and problem-solving abilities. In addition to my hands-on care responsibilities, I have taken on leadership roles, guiding teams of HCAs and supporting staff in delivering high-quality patient care. My managerial experience includes overseeing daily operations, mentoring junior staff, coordinating patient care plans, and ensuring that care is delivered in line with NHS standards and protocols. I am adept at managing workloads, solving problems on the ground, and ensuring efficient, compassionate care in both fast-paced hospital environments and more autonomous community settings. I am particularly proud of my ability to foster a supportive and collaborative team culture. My leadership style emphasizes open communication, empathy, and a shared commitment to delivering the best possible care for patients. I am also proactive in my professional development, staying up to date with the latest healthcare practices and encouraging my team to engage in continuous learning and development opportunities. I am now seeking a new role where I can apply my extensive experience, leadership skills, and passion for healthcare. I am confident that my blend of practical expertise, managerial capability, and patient-centered approach will enable me to make a meaningful contribution to your organization. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5, 3"}

DE11 7EZ 298236 I think I am a great Care Professional because I am compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the best support to those in my care. I take the time to understand the needs and preferences of the person I’m assisting and aim to make their day comfortable, enjoyable, and fulfilling. A typical day for me as a Care Professional would start with a warm greeting and helping with any morning routines, such as getting dressed or preparing breakfast. Throughout the day, I ensure they stay active and engaged, whether it’s by going for a walk, enjoying a hobby, or having meaningful conversations. I’m also attentive to their health needs, ensuring medications are taken on time and meals are prepared with care. I strive to create a positive and supportive environment, treating every person with the respect and dignity they deserve. NG24 4QN 252086 Having worked as a living carer for more than 8 years, has allowed me to gain experience by working with clients with very different needs.   I have worked with clients that needed support with blindness, tetraplegia, cerebral pulse, Parkinson's, dementia early, and late stage, palliative care, accident rehabilitation, strokes, stoma care, peg feeding, cancer, wheelchair use, driving, vulnerable adults and other more general conditions where care was needed. What I like most about working as a living carer is that I can provide high quality of care and support that enables my client to enjoy life living independently in their own home. I am an excellent driver and I hold a clean full UK driving licence with no points or convictions. I am also a very good cook, and I really enjoy cooking.  I can prepare meals for more than one person at a time, and if you are married, or if you would like to meet with friends or family it would be a pleasure for me being able to cook for you and your family seeing you together sharing in the best of company. Sometimes I have traveled abroad with my clients to go on holidays, visit their family, and once to go to a wedding. And If you need to go abroad as well as English I also speak Spanish, Catalan, basic Italian, and basic Chinese Mandarin. And I can drive LHD or RHD vehicles, manual or automatic. I can provide company, and I am also a good listener, time keeper, and organised and tidy and always keen to follow instructions. I love animals, and If you have pets, or other animals, I am more than happy to help in any way I can. I can work for a short length of time, and for longer periods, from a week or a few days to up to 3 months at a time, and then I usually have a break for a week or two. You may find that my rates are a bit higher than other carers, but you will notice the difference in the quality of care I provide and in the level of commitment I put in everything I do and the peace of mind that it gives. Please feel free to ask me anything you would like to know, as I always try to be flexible, respond promptly and adapt in every way I can. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile bio. I would really love to hear from you. 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"3"}
